Net Realty Services was founded in 2016 in Coral Gables, Florida by Ivania Alvarado — a licensed real estate broker, instructor, and tax specialist with over three decades in the industry. From day one, the firm was built around a simple idea: clients deserve hands-on, broker-level attention on every transaction, not the impersonal experience that has become standard at large franchises.
What started as a boutique brokerage with a handful of agents has grown into a team of 30+ licensed REALTORS® and support staff serving buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We handle residential sales, rental placements, full-service property management, and investor-focused transactions in both English and Spanish.

Ivania Alvarado is a powerhouse real estate broker, instructor, and tax specialist with 31 years of industry leadership. As Broker of Net Realty Services and founder of the South Florida School of Real Estate, she has trained thousands of agents and successfully managed hundreds of professionals.

Net Realty Services opens its doors at 121 Alhambra Plaza in Coral Gables — a single broker and a focus on personal service.
2017
The brokerage closes its first 100 residential transactions, building a referral base that still drives most of the business today.
2019
Launched a dedicated rental + management practice; today we oversee more than 100 rental doors annually for owners across South Florida.
2022
Crossed the 30-agent threshold — bilingual REALTORS® specializing in everything from luxury condos to first-time buyer rentals.
